If there is an issue with your order (such as damage during delivery or an incorrect item), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and order details so we can review and assist you.

We offer local delivery only within our designated service area. All desserts are made fresh and delivered on the date selected at checkout, subject to availability.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address. We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect addresses, missed deliveries, or unattended deliveries.
